Which country do you ship to?

We can ship to the most of the countries in the world, but we cannot ship the goods to the countries which it is forbidden to import e-cigarette there. If your country is not listed, pls kindly feel free to contact us by e-mail at social@dovaping.com to check. 

How long it takes to ship out my order?

Normally, the order will be shipped out in 24 hours on weekday, and it will be delay due to the weekends and holidays.

How long the delivery time will be？

The delivery time is based on the shipping method you chosen, such as DHL usually takes 3-6 business days, UPS takes 3-9 business days, and Airmail will take much longer.

We are available to use the customer's forwarder per your request. And the delivery time will be advised by your shipping agent.

How can I track the order online?

Normally on fowarder's official website. We will provide customer the waybill number after the shipment is finished, and it's convient for customer to track the goods on the forwarder's website directly.  If there is any confusion or problem when you track online, feel free to contact us by e-mail to social@dovaping.com for help. We will always stand by for you.

Shipping Restriction

The shipping restriction will be corresponding with the forwarder's policy and willl be updated as time passing. We will advise customer in advance before the order is made. Or you're welcomed to check or consult with your shipping agent before the order is made.
